Jerry Sanscrainte has provided over 24 years of unparalleled cost reduction and agreement optimization in healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and other industries.
Jerry has completed over 500 client engagements, with more than 350 for healthcare providers, including large integrated delivery networks, regional medical centers, and pediatric hospitals. He has helped clients reduce costs by over $100M through technology optimization of licensing and contracts while developing strategic supplier relationships. Jerry helps clients reduce costs and streamline IT support and procurement through software rationalization and governance. He has significant experience with Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Citrix, and many other key technology providers of security and infrastructure software. Jerry helps organizations move to cloud services, providing competitive subscription costs and best of breed agreement protections.
Background
Prior to this, Jerry brings 22 years of technology development and leadership with two global multi-billion-dollar companies. He holds a computer science degree from Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, MI and developed curriculum and instructed undergraduate courses at Lourdes College, in Toledo, OH. Jerry, based in High Springs, FL, enjoys camping out under the stars and is an amateur astronomer. Jerry serves on several non-profit organization boards.
