About Bob Nerz
Bob Nerz has over 30 years of experience in telecom and network consulting, and business process improvement.
Bob focuses on the needs of large organizations making complex transitions to address changing technology, expanding business needs, and cost reduction. He is known for thinking outside the box, and his special technical knowledge, i.e., Distributed Antennae systems (DAS), Cisco, Network Administration, and more. Bob has a highly collaborative nature, working hand-in-hand with clients to find cost-effective, high-performance solutions. Bob is a proven expert in process improvement, from problem identification to sourcing strategy and results tracking and management through key performance metrics.
Background
Prior to consulting, Bob had experience with hardware and software companies in the computer-networking field including Motorola Codex, Concord Communications, and American Power Conversion. He has held positions ranging from product manager to vice president. Bob holds a BS in Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Bob, a resident of North Attleboro, MA, enjoys gardening and volunteering at the local literacy center.
