Erica supports initiatives to drive operational value and reduce non-labor costs for healthcare organizations. She utilizes a wide range of analytical tools to support these initiatives that span multiple departments within healthcare systems. Erica is strongly committed to helping health systems maintain a high standard of patient care to support exceptional patient experiences.

Background

Erica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her time at UW, she worked with several professional healthcare associations, helped lead student organizations devoted to health equity and global health advancement, and gained clinical experience as a former Emergency Medical Technician. In her spare time, Erica enjoys trying any team sport, attending rock concerts, and cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers.
