Dirk has 30 years of executive management and consulting experience, and co-founded Pathstone with a vision to deliver long-term, sustained value and transformation for healthcare organizations. His areas of expertise include non-labor cost reduction, operational improvement, corporate strategy and development.  He has focused his expertise on healthcare and brings experience from engagements with university systems, Fortune 1000 companies and clients in industries such as professional services and manufacturing.  Prior to Pathstone, Dirk was a leader of the cost transformation practice for a national healthcare management consulting firm.
