About Nick Morros

Nick Morros is a seasoned healthcare executive and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience driving measurable value across clinical, biomedical, and supply-chain environments.

His work has focused on orthopedic and biomedical service lines, pricing/contracting strategy, vendor negotiations, compliance, and supply-chain optimization, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in validated savings and long-term performance improvement. He is recognized for his ability to engage senior executives, surgeons, and clinical teams in practical, data-driven conversations that lead to consensus, adoption, and results. His approach emphasizes sustainability, transparency, and alignment across stakeholders, particularly in high-cost, high-complexity clinical environments.
