Amber leverages her healthcare experience and leadership to help organizations reduce costs and reinvest in patient care and staff well-being.
Amber has over 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, where she has held leadership roles in consulting, supply chain and lean departments for world renown academic medical centers, and the largest member owned GPO. Throughout her career, she has partnered with over 60 hospital systems focusing on improving operations and financial margins. Amber is passionate about empowering healthcare organizations to reduce cost, enabling them to redirect funds from vendor payments back into patient care and employee wellness.
Background
Amber holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality Assurance from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Amber has lived in 7 states and currently resides in Syracuse, NY with her husband, daughter, three dogs, and her cat. She is an avid rock climber and volunteers for Genuine Climbing, which is a not-for-profit organization who provides free rock climbing retreats to women affected by cancer.
