Chelsea brings over eight years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on health system strategy and operations. With a strong analytical background, Chelsea excels in using data to tackle complex challenges, implement effective healthcare strategies, and lead initiatives that drive improved fiscal outcomes. Background

Chelsea received her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Management and International Business from Iowa State University and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining the Pathstone team, Chelsea held a strategy and operations leadership role at Northwestern Medicine and, before that, worked at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, where she served as a Senior Project Manager and obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying out new breweries, taking long walks with her dog Myla, and discovering her next favorite Peloton class.
