With a foundation in user experience research and design across industries, she brings data-informed, system-level approach to addressing multifaceted issues across healthcare systems. Amelia is passionate about accessibility and quality of care for both patients and physicians, with a focus on strengthening the overall healthcare experience.
Background
Amelia attended the University of Michigan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information in User Experience Design and Master of Science in Information in User Experience Research & Design. During her time at Michigan, she worked alongside clients to strengthen user engagement, elevate customer experience strategies, and deliver data-driven business recommendations. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball and golf, arts and crafts, and cooking. She also enjoys cheering on Michigan athletics, Go Blue!
