About Kate VerMeulen
Kate VerMeulen is a Healthcare IT consultant and project manager passionate about delivering meaningful client impact and improving the healthcare ecosystem.
Kate has four years of experience in healthcare IT consulting, during which her role has grown from associate to senior associate and project manager. During this time, she has contributed to more than 10 client engagements, and through coordinated efforts with her team, delivered over $15M in value to clients across the United States. She is most energized by the project management side of work – bringing people together, keeping efforts aligned, and turning complex challenges into meaningful outcomes.
Background
Kate graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in international studies, focusing on global health, which continues to shape her interest in improving the overall healthcare ecosystem and making a lasting impact for clients and communities. Outside of consulting, she is passionate about the fine arts and spends much of her free time creating and getting involved with her local Chicago, IL artistic communities.
