Baron supports performance improvement and non-labor cost reduction initiatives for health systems. After interning at Pathstone, they returned full-time to continue driving data-driven, mission-aligned change in healthcare delivery. With a background in Data Science, he brings strong analytical and communication skills to complex challenges. He is passionate about improving the quality, accessibility, and sustainability of care for communities nationwide.
Background
Baron graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Data Science. Prior to joining Pathstone full-time, he interned as a Summer Associate, where he worked on driving insights through data cleaning and visualization. On campus, Baron was a founding member of 180 Degrees Consulting, a global student-led consultancy that provides pro bono strategic and operational support to nonprofits and social enterprises. Originally from Nashville, he enjoys live music, reading, and watching sports.
