Rui holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Information Systems from Indiana University, along with a Master’s in Business Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University.

With a strong background in consulting and analytics, Rui has gained diverse experience across multiple industries. She has worked with a leading medical device manufacturer, conducting global Voice of Customer research with hospitals to validate R&D initiatives, enhance customer insights, and ensure product-market fit. In previous roles, she has conducted market research and due diligence to support clients in strategic expansion efforts, as well as analyzed consumer data to identify growth opportunities and provide pricing optimization recommendations.

Originally from China, Rui enjoys exploring museums, attending concerts, and playing volleyball in her free time.
